« Hey everyone! This thing has been a work in progress since the middle of October of last year. It started when I had the idea to try to write a prog rock epic in the style of many different bands. Throughout this EP you can hear influences from many prog rock giants as well as some heavier touches of prog metal. The entire thing was arranged by me, guitars, bass, and programmed synths and strings were also by me, and my good friend @frogofprog played drums on it and was nice enough to produce it too! (The primary artists accidentally got put in backwards but should be fixed soon!) It is not on any streaming platforms quite yet due to some discrepancies with his new artist name but the full EP is on youtube right here:

The whole EP follows somewhat of a story, the first being the beginning to this whole travel through space and time, the second song is where everything starts happening and goes wrong, and the final song the conclusion to the expedition. Expanding on this, the first song is really an intro to the second track, more or less actually the first two are the same just split up. The second one is the meat of the project, it goes through many twists and turns, the closer is an acoustic guitar piece I wrote with a major to minor tonality shift. It is an instrumental EP but hopefully the instruments speak for themselves. Joachim Horsley... Le Bach version cubaine je ne sais vraiment pas quoi en penser. C'est une réussite sur le plan technique mais du point de vue musical pur je n'arrive pas à décider. TK421 groove !
